Faith Formation 2026- 2027
Registration for the 2026–2027 Faith Formation Year is now closed.

Non-Sacramental Faith Formation (PK4 – 8th Grade)
Classes will be held Sunday morning from 11:10 am to 12:10 pm in the Family Center Building.
Sacramental Preparation
Both First Communion and Confirmation Sacraments are completed through our two-year program. You must submit documentation to the Faith Formation Office prior to the first day of class.
First Reconciliation/First Communion (1st and 2nd Grade): Classes for First Communion 1 and 2 will be held Sunday mornings from 11:10 am – 12:10 pm. Reception of the Sacraments of Reconciliation and First Communion will be completed in the second year.
High School Confirmation (9th–12th Grade) – Confirmation preparation may begin upon entering high school. Ideally, students should begin Confirmation Year 1 in 9th grade and continue through the required formation years. Confirmation years 1 and 2 will be held Sunday evenings from 5:30 pm – 7:55 pm. It includes Blessed Sacrament Youth Group.
Blessed Sacrament Youth Group
Blessed Sacrament opens our Youth Group to all Middle School and High School students ages 13-17. We meet Sunday evenings, from 6:30-7:55 pm in the Parish Hall with 8:00 pm Mass that follows. Questions? Please contact our Coordinator of Religious Education.
Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (OCIA)
OCIA formation at Blessed Sacrament is not only for adults but has been adapted for Teens and Children ages 7-17 years old.
Must attend Mass on Sundays at 10:00 am.
Adults | Teens | Children classes meet Sundays 11:00 am – 12:00 pm.
